Yup, it was... but is fixed now. as we know, nothing is perfect. we can't blame fedora team for it. It just happens, they are human like us, we do mistakes. But if we look at the good side, which is that they fix it on the same day releasing a security patch for it.

So, actually It's fixed == package installation requires root privileges again?
Not sure about that, but this is some how unexplained yet. Seems like a temporary fix.

Hmm, it looks like they removed this, or at least there is a bug report.
I hope other distros won't come up with similar ideas.
